Payment Options:

All payments are made through Paypal. Once you have completed the checkout stage of your order, you will be taken to a secure server where you can complete payment using your credit or debit card or straight from your Paypal account.

14 Day Money Back Guarantee:

You have 14 days to inform us if you wish to return your artwork for a refund (the statutory minimum is 7 days).

The artwork must be returned in the condition it was sent, via a trackable courier service. For this reason please keep the original packaging until you are completely happy with your purchase. Returns must be received within 14 days, and must be sent straight back to the artist's address, which will be included in the email we send you when confirming it's original dispatch.

Refunds:

Returned artwork must be received within 14 days. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us gaining confirmation from the artist that they have received their artwork back in it's original condition.
Refunds will be made via the same method that was used to make the original purchase.

• Please note: If the customer decides not to keep their artwork and it is returned, the customer is liable for the return postage fee.

Delivery:

All orders are packed carefully and sent via an insured delivery service with reputable couriers to ensure their safe arrival to your door.
We will contact you the day your order is dispatched, along with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. This should be within 5-7 working days for 'In Stock' artwork. 'Painted to Order' purchases should be finished within 4 weeks and we will notify you as soon as your artwork is ready to dispatch.

Your artwork will need signing for, so please enter any special delivery requirements in the text box provided when entering your address details.
Standard delivery times are generally Monday-Friday between 7.30-17.30, but you can choose Saturday delivery if you wish for an addition charge.

For insurance purposes, when signing for your artwork please mark your delivery as 'unchecked' if there is any damage to the packaging.

If Your Order Is Delivered Damaged:

Full refunds are made for items lost or damaged during transit.
You will need to inform us of any damage within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please keep all packaging until you are happy that your artwork is in perfect condition, as couriers will sometimes require damaged packaging to use as evidence when making a claim.
